Taylor Swift is preparing a limited vinyl release for Record Store Day 2026, adding a new collectible for fans and record shops across the country. The annual event, known for exclusive pressings and independent store promotions, is scheduled for April and will feature several high profile releases.
Billboard reports that Swift’s contribution will be a special 7 inch vinyl single titled Showgirl. The release is expected to appear only through participating independent record stores as part of the Record Store Day lineup.
According to the announcement shared with organizers, the vinyl will feature Showgirl along with an additional track on the B side. Details about the second song have not yet been publicly confirmed.
Record Store Day organizers said the limited pressing is designed to highlight physical music formats and encourage fans to visit local record shops. The event has become a major annual moment for collectors, often drawing long lines outside stores on release day.
Swift has previously supported vinyl releases and independent retailers, and the upcoming Showgirl single continues that connection as Record Store Day approaches.
