Usher will be joined by his protégé, Justin Bieber, at his charity’s awards ceremony in Atlanta on August 6th. Usher, Justin and Ciara will perform at the World Leadership Awards, honoring people who have shown commitment to supporting youth as leaders and agents of change. Justin and former President Bill Clinton will be among the award recipients. The event will be presented by Usher's New Look Foundation at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta.
